Program Description (13 )
1
Hanoi / Arrival - (L/D)
Arrival in Hanoi, welcome by the English-speaking guide team and driver, then direct transfer to the city centre for your first discoveries and visits in Hanoi: the Temple of Literature and the West Lake area with Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple.
We continue to Hoan Kiem Lake – the central lake, with a visit to Ngoc Son Temple. Welcome lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, free time to rest and stroll through Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

Hanoi - Ninh Binh (B/L/D)
In the morning, visit the Presidential area, with a photo stop in front of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a visit to the One Pillar Pagoda.
Departure for Ninh Binh, also known as Inland Ha Long Bay.
Arrival in Ninh Binh, direct transfer to Tho Ha Village for lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, sampan ride through the lesser-known Thung Nham area and visit to Thien Ha Cave. Transfer to the hotel.
Dinner and overnight in Tam Coc.

Ninh Binh - Nam Dinh (B/L/D)
In the morning, bicycle ride through the countryside of Ninh Binh to visit Bich Dong Pagoda and Thai Vi Temple.
We then drive towards Nam Dinh, visiting the Vi Khe bonsai village.
Visit the Rural Museum, a very interesting site featuring traditional old houses, followed by lunch on site.
In the afternoon, walks and visits to churches along the road to Giao Thuy.
BBQ dinner with shellfish and grilled fish, followed by an overnight stay with a local family.

Nam Dinh - Thai Binh (B/L/D)
In the morning, enjoy a bicycle ride to visit the fish market. For those who wish to go early, departure is around 5:30–6:00 AM, while it is still dark, so headlamps are recommended. You will arrive by the sea to see fishing boats illuminated by their lights as they unload their catch, before returning for breakfast.
Visit and walk through Xuan Thuy National Park to observe many species of birds.
Boat ride through the shellfish farming fields, followed by some relaxation and lunch in a hut in the middle of the area.
In the afternoon, continue towards Thai Binh via the Thai Binh River, crossing by the old ferry, and visit the hospital and orphanage.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Thai Binh.

Thai Binh - Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)
Departure for Ha Long via the Red River Delta and the outskirts of Hai Phong, with several stops along the way for photographs.
Arrival in Ha Long and boarding of a shared 3-star junk boat for a 24-hour cruise through the bay.
Visit caves and enjoy activities according to the programme displayed on board.
Seafood meal and overnight on board.

Ha Long Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B/L/D)
Breakfast on board and continuation of the cruise to admire the scenery and enjoy a short excursion before checking out of the cabin at around 9:30 AM.
Brunch and disembarkation at around 11:30 AM for the return journey to Hanoi.
We stop at But Thap Village to visit the ancient But Thap Pagoda.
Arrival in Hanoi and free time while the driver keeps your luggage in the vehicle, followed by dinner at a local restaurant before transfer to the railway station at around 8:00 PM for the overnight train to Hue.

Hue (B/L/D)
Arrival in Hue, welcome by the guide and driver, then transfer to the hotel to drop off your belongings. The room will only be available at around 12:00 noon.
A full day of visits in the city of Hue, with sites selected according to your preferences.
Bicycle ride to Thuy Bieu Village, a newly discovered traditional village identified during our scouting trips, with activities and a meal at a local family’s home.
Return to the city to visit the Imperial Citadel (Dai Noi) and its surrounding walls.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Hue.

Hue - Hai Van Pass - Hoi An (B/L/D)
In the morning, drive towards Hoi An via the Hai Van Pass, with photo and sightseeing stops along the way.
Arrival in Hoi An, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the Silk House and the Hoi An Ancient Town, including its must-see sites: Tan Ky Ancient House, Chinese Congregation Assembly Hall, Japanese Covered Bridge, and the fish market.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Hoi An.

Hoi An (B/L/D)
In the morning, enjoy a ride in a round basket boat and a bicycle excursion towards the islands and villages on the outskirts of Hoi An to discover a less touristy side of the area.
Relax with a 15-minute foot massage at a local family’s home, followed by a short cooking class and lunch with the family.
In the afternoon, return to town and enjoy free time at the beach.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Hoi An.

Hoi An - Da Nang – Saigon (B/L/D)
In the morning, transfer to Da Nang Airport for the flight to Saigon.
Arrival in Saigon, welcome by the local Saigon team, then transfer to the city centre for visits and lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit two contrasting districts.
First, the Cho Lon district (Chinatown) with Thien Hau Pagoda and Binh Tay Wholesale Market.
Then visit the Western Quarter, including Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, City Hall, the Opera House, and enjoy a walk along former Catinat Street.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Saigon.

Saigon - Mekong - Can Tho (B/L/D)
In the morning, depart for the Mekong Delta for a 2-day/1-night excursion.
Arrival in Cai Be, where you board a private sampan for excursions through the canals and a crossing of the Cai Be Floating Market, followed by visits to local workshops producing puffed rice sweets and caramel candies.
Lunch at a local family’s home.
Continue the boat cruise towards Vinh Long, with fruit tasting on board.
Disembark in Vinh Long and continue by road to Can Tho.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Can Tho.

Can Tho - Saigon (B/L/D)
Early in the morning, take a sampan to visit the Cai Rang Floating Market, considered one of the most authentic in the region.
Visit an Ecological Garden with exotic fruit trees, followed by fruit tasting on site.
Disembark and drive back towards Saigon, stopping in Sa Dec, a town closely associated with Marguerite Duras.
Visit the city, including The Lover’s House, Mr. Quach Pagoda, and the local market.
Lunch at The Lover’s House.
Continue directly back to Saigon.
Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight in Saigon.

Saigon - Departure (B/L)
For Madam: The cooking-class guide will pick you up to begin your cooking class at a restaurant with a professional chef, where you will learn to prepare a four-course meal.
For Sir and his son: While Madam attends her cooking class, you will be accompanied by our guide to visit Ngoc Hoang Pagoda and then the interior of the Independence Palace.
At lunchtime, you will all meet and have lunch together at the restaurant where Madam is attending the cooking class.
Free time, followed by transfer to Saigon Airport for your return flight.
